If Star Wars was real, you should use a B-Wing Starfighter. B-Wings are design to take on Imperial Fleets.

If it was a case with the Yushin Maru, B-Wings have many weapons, you can use the blaster cannons to attack the individual workers, the ion cannons would electrically disable the entire ship, the heavy duty laser cannon would take out the IRAD, the harpoon and the bridge, and the proton torpedo launchers could blow a gapping hole below the ship's water line.

After the ship sinks, you use the ion cannons to electrically disable any lifeboats that make it off, the heavy duty laser cannon to destroy the life boats and the blaster cannons to attack the workers still floating on the water (to put them out of their misery), lol.
